Hello does anyone know when any of the 737s will get CH-9 I mean if some are coming off the line in Renton, WA then why are they not coming off it with CH-9

That is airline specific. United sets that feature up.

Still UA is being slow in gen on putting CH 9 it seems like on the fleet then UA is being slow at everything in terms of Direct tv install wifi ect..

You have to take in account that it is summer. During the summer schedule, there is a higher demand for aircraft. After labor day, there will be a lot of upgrades taking place such as WiFi beginning to appear on the fleet, finish E+, DTV and Channel 9. CH9 will be installed with WiFi, and I imagine that the aircraft without DTV will get DTV, WiFi ad ch 9 at the same time.
