Hello,   This mail is for the attention of those living in Grand Forks/East Grand Forks area.   You are invited and encouraged to attend the public show of the video titled "Welcome to Shelbyville", which is meant to provide an opportunity for us to initiate a discussion/dialogue process about the issues that affect us in GF/EGF.
