New Committee

 

The Palestine Society had its AGM this week, and is pleased to welcome the following committee:

 

Chair: Rashida Islam

Secretary: Omar Jadallah

Treasurer: Sarah Mitchell

Inclusion Officer: Yara Al-Adlib

 

 

Planning Meeting

 

A planning meeting will be taking place next Tuesday 29th March Octagon Meeting Room 1 7.30-9.00pm. A plan of action will be discussed for the remainder of the semester. The meeting is open to anyone and everyone and all ideas/suggestions are welcome.

 

 

No to Imperialist Intervention in Libya: Stop the Bombing now

 

The Palestine Society would like to invite its members to a public meeting as hosted by Sheffield Student Broad Left. It will discuss the implications of Western military intervention in Libya and its wider impact across the Middle East. It shall take place on Monday 28th March Hicks Building LT3 7.00-10.00pm.
