Below confirmation of some of the rooms but the rest are not available as requested so i need more info, please read in red what information I need to proceed!
Please get back to me pretty quickly.

7th March, Monday, SU lecture room for film, 5.30-8.30 . ...... Seminar room 0.50 in The Student Central
8th, Tuesday, SU Mall for stalls, 9am - 5pm ........... Booked
9th, Wednesday SU lecture room for speakers event, 1.30 till 5 ..... Not booked yet, I need list of speakers and the room will need to be in Richmond building due to unavailability.
However, the exhibition hall at the union has been booked fore the food from 3.30pm.
11th, Friday, communal hall for workshop, 1.30-5.30 ........... Booked 2.30 pm - 5pm
