Dear Exhibitor
You are invited to attend the UNISON National Women’s Conference 17 – 19 February 2011. The conference is being held at: The Harrogate International Centre, Kings Road, Harrogate, Yorkshire, HG1 5LA.  We are expecting approx 500+ delegates and guests to attend this conference.
You are invited to attend for all or any of the days and conference starts with registration from 12.00 noon on Thursday. Could you please confirm which days you will be attending and the names of the people who will be staffing your stall. 
Conference Schedule is:
12 noon – 5.30 p.m.             Thursday 17th
9.00am – 5.00pm                 Friday 18th
9.00am – 1.00pm                 Saturday 19th
 
NOTES:
1. On arrival at the venue please contact Paul Barker (tel mob: 07903 055307) and you will be given your exhibitor badges and allocated your exhibitors space. The exhibition is in Hall D. Sorry there is no free car parking available but there is a pay car park and loading area behind the centre with a lift from the loading area to the exhibition hall. 
2. Each exhibitor will be provided with one table and two chairs. You will need to bring your own tablecloth. There is room for a display stand behind the table.  
3. Exhibitors must comply with all Health & Safety requirements, failure to do so could result in the exhibitor being instructed to leave the venue.
4. Children under 16 are not allowed on exhibition stalls.
5. Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the venue
6. The conference organisers reserve the right to ask exhibitors to remove any items from display if in the view of the organisers it may cause offence or conflict with the aims and objectives of UNISON.
7. Items being delivered/collected by courier must be clearly labelled and securely packaged. For items being delivered please mark them for attention of ‘Paul Barker/Clare Cresswell UNISON Conference’. Neither the venue or UNISON can accept any responsibility for loss or damage to any items being delivered/collected by couriers.  We recommend that items are not delivered before Wednesday 16 and are collected no later than Monday 21.
9. Some areas in the venue will remain open to the public so please do not leave any items of value unattended on your stall at any time. Neither the venue or UNISON can accept any responsibility for the loss of or damage to personal property or of any items on display.
