I hope that you are arranging for a Palestinian (or two!) to also speak at your event!
Willemijn's presentation was excellent and very well delivered - I am sure it will go down well with students.
I have no presentation that I have prepared and will not have sufficient time. HOWEVER, I have something that either Abu Bakr and I could talk about and that is the local PSC work around BDS which is a HOT topic at the moment!
Where are Victoria Araj and the other Palestinians!?! I do not like to attend events about Palestine where there is no Palestinian speaker!

We would like to invite you to speak at a university event which is organised by United 4 Palestine on Wednesday 9th March. The talk is very similar to the one that you’ve organised a week ago but this would be targeting students as their knowledge of the issue is quite limited. We are also organising a video link with students from Gaza either before or after the main talk to build-up links and show solidarity.

I note that Willemijn has agreed to speak at the event.
It may be worthwhile to update Willemijn and any other new members of the team about our strenuous efforts to secure an Israeli speaker at last years very successful Palestine Awareness Week.
If we are looking for a Zionist speaker, may I suggest the recently retired dictator Hosni Mubarak as I am sure he has plenty of time on his hands (when he is not counting his stolen loot that he will undoubtedly ransack) and I am sure we can contribute 50pence to his travel expenses...
I would be more than happy to talk about BDS, PSC and what is happening on the ground.
My comment about Palestinians was tongue in cheek as I know people are spread thin on the ground but I often find myself in meetings about Palestine where there are no Palestinians. I guess in our thousands and millions we are all Pakistinians!

We would be grateful if you could give us a quick update about PSC in Bradford and potential links with students groups. I haven’t heard yet from Willemijn but she would be great to main speaker.
Shall we say you are professionally agreeing to attend and let’s wait to hear from Willemijn.
Palestine is for everybody not Palestinians only and that’s why we have got wrong when Palestinians thought it’s their problem and messed up!
