U4P AGM for this year

Salam everybody

I just wanted to say well done for the success of PAW and I wish we can start planing the PenPal project as soon as possible. Who's got the students emails and when are we going to starting the project?

Secondly, have we thought about AGM which is a one day meeting: talks, stalls and food etc and at the end we can elect next year's exec and leadership so I encourage all of you to let me know of any thoughts or ideas for this day..

that sounds great, also would be great to outline the roles for next years exec, decide on the definate roles and 5 or 6 bullet points for each role.

also if we are creating committee's, me and usman discussed having committees to look at specific aspects, could be:
-boycott
-penpals
-awareness
-culture

or however we decide, so yep lots to discuss and AGM day sound fun :D
