Hope you're well inshaAllah.
I friend of mine contacted me on Friday about her friend who is raising money for Palestine/Westbank inshaAllah. She will be independently going soon and is wanting people to donate, 100% of the money will be going to charity. From my understanding she is trying to raise money specifically for women in Palestine but I am waiting for her to send me more information.
So, my friend wants to do a charity event for women before the 14th April. She is wanting a room for 80-100 girls and if it is a small room that's fine. They have the people to come just need a free location which U4P can give them.
They just want to have a sisters gathering where there will have mehndi, snacks, etc
Please get back to ASAP.

I am happy to book the room, but it will be classed as a U4P Society event, therefore members of the exec need to be there to ensure everything runs smoothly.
On that day i've got 2 exams so will not be about, if 2 exec members can be there on the day then let me know and i'll go ahead with the booking.
Also, Ateeqa, what time from and till is the room needed?
Also Ishrat, has anything been done in terms of the AGM, should I book a room for that too?

Guys lets have a meeting about AGM and maybe we can help the sister is fundraising.
I am back to work so I am vailable this week.
PS. Anyone wants to work to help out in flyering about Union AGM
