Hello All ,
 
I had re-confirmed with Mr .chaturvedi today for our meeting on 15th oct.
Meeting is ok with him .We will have discussion with Mr. Chaturvedi and
Mr.Sinha first and then we will move on to see the unitech verve site.
 
As far as way forward is concerned , I am for taking on the legal course .
Atleast I will feel that I have given a fair try.We are only fooling
ourselves by listening to the fake promises of unitech representatives.
 
As per my discussion with Mr.Kshitiz there is no need for taking a lawyer
with you. The case will be filled because of one-sided termas & conditions
of the builder buyer agreement and for non-fulfillment of the terms laid
down in the Agreement.
