He informed me that Unitech failed to get fire NOC from government for past 3-4 inspections and that is why the unit is not being released for possession.   This is a high time that I get a response from you, a response that you would hold on to. I don't want to get into the legal hassles and social / news media escalation of the situation. I believe Ministry of Urban Development is also taking the laxity in these matters very seriously.   It would be great if you can tell me exact date by which I would get the possession letter? Thereafter they will issue a possession certificate, which needs to be given during physical handover, when the flat gets ready. I paid in full in 2007, got possession letter in 2014, cleared all the funds and dues but I have yet to see any results. They have to complete the internal work but it is at stand still.
