Can I ever get the possession of the house or a reply from you

It has been more than 6.5 years from agreement ....more than 4.5 years after making 90% of the payment that I am still waiting for the possession of Unitech Verve. In last 4 years, my innumerable emails, personal meetings, calls have not been able to make dent to arrogant, irresponsible and shameless behaviour of yourside. Even as a customer, we have not got any communication from a company that took 90% money by sept 2009 and thereafter making customers run from pillar to post. Innumerable attempts to meet your CMD has failed.

 

Will I ever get the house......I have least expectation that this mail will yield any action like all previous ones...even all your written and verbal assurances have never seen the light of the day......may god save customers like ours...can't imagine what many other poor customers, many of them are retirees who had put their retired fund in your property must be going through...god save them from builder like you.

You  would be lucky  to get  any positive  answer . I wish you best .

They have stopped total work  at Verve . One can not get cheaper capital  than  what  we have provided . 2% interest pa for delay . They can now delay  100 yrs .

Hi All,

I received an email from the Customer Care that they are "planning" to start phased possession, with Tower-6 as the first one, from Q4 2013 "provided there are no unforeseen circumstances". This email was in response to website based query. Another hoax, of course.

The major trouble is that for all the customers of Unitech Verve, the property is as good as redundant (at least for the present), since there are no buyers, and if you want to exit the property you probably have to do at Rs. 2800/psft, which is way lower than what we bought at. Unitech clearly knows this and thus knows that we are all stuck. Even if they do not give possession, you cannot do anything, unless............

The only course of action is through court, and I am aware previously many has gone through this route and got their money back, albeit and most likely through an "out of court settlement".
