• Please refund my money with our without interest so that once for all I can get some mental peace.

Please don't send me one more standard reply from your customer relation person stating possession in next few qtrs.

Kindly refer to the mails below. All of us have been getting similar replies from Unitech for the past many years. Like Mr HP Nanda ji, I shall also wait till 15 December 2013 as last trust on Unitech and then initiate steps as deemed fit. I stay in Noida and had visited Verve a few days back also. There is just NO job going on in Unitech Verve for the past 4 months. It is a complete stand down or SHUT DOWN in work progress.

Any updates on verve? Any legal action that has been initiated through this forum participants? 

I have 707 in Tower 7. Similar case, paid nearly 90% and the Unitech group is turning a deaf ear now on us.

Please consider me in for any legal pursuit for recovery of the loss from Unitech on Verve.

Hi all

I have also taken the possession of the house. Tower-6/803 2 BHK park facing unit. Here are some points for your knowledge

1. My area was reduced from 1588 at the time of booking to 1577 final one.

2. They did adjust Rs. 5 per sqr ft for the delayed period which in my case was close to 3.7 lacs

3. I had to pay security deposit, Maintenance till May 2017 as per the terms of the agreement.

4. The final quality delivered to me was good. The Kitchen,Refrigerator, Hub Chimney, Geysers, Bathtub were all fitted. Among all, Sumit Gaur, and his team at site who gave me the possession were good and helpful.

I have been transferred out of India. I have locked my house, The keys are with me. If any of you come across a buyer, please connect with me. 

I know we have been frustrated for 8 years. Same 55 lacs of investment in Gurgaon in 2006 would have been 3 Crs now. But I was the one who made a decision so have to own this decision myself. 

If all the towers are delivered, with the quality of work they have done and also the central park and club house, will be a beautiful complex. Today all of us are making loss. Anyone holding with patience for a long time to come may see some appreciation.

I am struggling team. I got the possession..it is locked for more than 2 years now....I had paid maintenance till 2017..no buyer....I am in US...so could not hire  a lawyer and go after them....just feeling handicapped by these horrible guys....HP Nanda
