I executed Power of attorney in favour of Sh Tejendra Malik on 20/12/2022 in Greater Noida Authority for my Unitech Verve apartment T-6/803. It is requested to update his contact details for all further communications from here on.

Mr. Malik is responsible to pay all related dues pending and future ones to the builder. He will do the same now or at the time of applying NOC to builder once title transfer opens, as he decides. 

I have from now on discharged all my responsibilities and obligations to Mr. Malik concerning this property.
