Possession ?

Hello Friends,

I am aware that possession has been offered in tower 6 at least.
Could someone answer me these questions, if they have.

- Have only selective people been offered possession in T6 ?
- Has Tower 5 been offered of possession yet ?
- What is the next Tower that they are planning for possession ?

From the way things have shaped up, it looks like they have halted the work because of metro announcement and an upcoming metro station just about at doorstep [near Wipro].
They might have this information since long so might have deliberately held back project delivery to take leverage of metro [may be in next 2-3 months].
If prices shoot up, then it would be evident.

Anyways, can anyone please provide all the latest information that s/he might have ?
I will provide updates may be after a month when I plan to visit site.

Hi,

I had checked with Pushpendra Solanki, couple of days back. Tower-6 possession is ongoing (and I have talked to one who already got possession). Next is Tower-5, which Pushpendra told me is ready and is awaiting OC for issue of final handover. I have no way to confirm whether Tower-5 is ready.

There   seems  to be  some progress  but it  is moving at snails  pace .  They  are now focusing on Tower  5  . Hope  it gets  over  by  July /aug   .Then  1  , 2  and  3, 4   

As long  market does  not pick  up , it may  remain slow  as they have huge inventory  which  would  get valued  at low price .

Let  us wait  for Acche  din Jaldi   nahi  to Der  me jaroor  Ayenge .
