It's surprising to see that the language of your company's replies has not changed in last 5 years. Everytime I get the same standard legal language with just a new date. Our request for meetings, even visit to meet the MD at Gurgaon head office, promises that his assistant will set up the meeting and let us know, have all been false promises for 5 years now. One of the owner who saw my previous mail, said he visited the site and NO work was going on. I visited the site myself 3-4 weeks back and had to struggle to spot any work going on there. I did find a handful of people, t that pace the project completion will go to eternity. Not sure, if you have visited the site yourself. I fail to understand the meaning of the word "apace" of your mail. 

I met Mr. Rana Banerjee myself and have a letter from him that promises delivery by sept 2010. He had given me  big lecture, how being a civil engineer he knows more than me, how much time it will take to complete the project. Now we are in Sept 2013. 

We all victims of this type of attitude can not do much except pray to almighty. Every day I meet many new customers who have been victims of Unitech in different projects. My only hope, if truly God exists, the prayers of all these victims will be strong enough for God to hesitate to save Unitech.
