Sale of my Unitech Verve 2 BHK at great price

Hi all. Finally, I have received the offer of possession letter for my apartment in Tower-6, Unite 803, Central Park Facing. The final area is 1577 Sq Ft. I went to the site yesterday and also have exchanged a few mails with Unitech. I have to pay some new fees, which were part of the contract to get the possession letter.Once I have that, within 45 days, they will do the wooden flooring, final painting and handover the house. 

Unfortunately I have got a transfer to a new place. I want to sell off this house. If anyone of you, your friends, relatives keen to buy, please let me know.I will even be willing to sell with marginal loss if required.
