Possession of T6 ?

Hi Friends,

Does anybody have any update about possession of T6 ?

Last I knew was construction being on a halt. Did anybody get any info regarding construction resumption?

I went to verve site and work is stand still. But tower 6 is painted from outside and as per unitech, possession offer letters would be dispatched at oct end. They had suspended current vendor i.e Topline and given contract to Keerti builders. They claim T6 possessions to finish by dec end and subsequently other towers with 3 months gap b/w each tower.

Thats their story as narrated to me :-)

Dear Ravi,

Thanks for the updates. I too got a chance to go to verve site on 16th Oct and spoke to sumit gaur. I have same story to share what you did.
Looks like each month, a standard reply is circulated among unitech staff to reply to their customers.

To me, possession offer by Dec'13 is NOT possible. Possession offer can ge given only by March next year provided work starts as soon as possible.

Offer for each tower every 3 months is plain rubbish :-)

Did any one receive letter of possession for Tower 6 from Unitech?

Last I heard is that the letters are being sent out as we speak.
