Maintenance

Dear Raghav

Since I have surrendered my B-5/302, AEZ ALOHA and T-6/803,Unitech Verve Properties to M3M and as per our signed documentation, all maintenance and RWA charges from July 2021 needs to be paid by M3M. I had paid and cleared charges till July'21. I get messages for pending maintenance since then for these two properties since then. 

I have copied respective associations and contacts. Please do the needful and coordinate with them going forward as needed.
