If they have financial problem it can not be simply pushed on to us. . . We have to put pressure to get them to compensate us thro higher penalty on delayed handover. Unless the issue is raked up and they fear negative publicity, they will not yeild. . .

I have an allottment in A3 and had sought a construction update yesterday , to which I received the following response:

I would not personaly advise to print anyting detrimental to the project image as it will impact the value of the project. more than harm to the chandra';s it will harm us in the short run.

I would recommend meeting the Chandra';s personally and putting pressure on them to complete this project. I have checked in the market, all their projects are delayed, hence we should work to get vistas priortized.

hi- the construction is going on but slow for the last 1 year. in fact, in the last 3-4 months it has picked up quite a bit. i visited the site a couple of times and there has been lot of labor and material. also the demand for the 9th floor cannot be raised if the consctruction has not happened. i have not specifically checked your tower, but i have in A-3, and they are raising demands as per construction.
