Dear  Mr. Savya Sachi,

 

In continuation to our meeting on 7th july  2012  and  our  concern for the completion of Vistas project  we are slated to meet on  14th july 2012 at the site .

 

The agenda for the meeting will be  as follows:

 

Slow progress and plan for the completion of the project

Site office  and  avaliability of site person  to update the project status to the  member

Deployment of  650 labour  and their  utlistaion .

Protective headgear  at site for visit of memebrs and  easy acess to the members in the site with your site office represntative .

 

 

I would kindly request you to make an  arrangement  for the members  - sitting arrangement  with  some chairs etc  for havinng an interactive discussion during the meeting.

 

We look forward to meet you on staurday thats is 14th July 2012 at 11.30 am on site .
