T6 handover is planned around June 18. Anyone knows about contractor to do renovation work after possession - e.g, grills on windows, patio, final paint etc which are minimum. I am a buyer outside of Kolkata and I have very limited knowledge about reliable/reasonable Mason or Contractor around Rajarhat/Kolkata north.

Can POA, who will take possession of the flat can complete Flat registration.
