SC stay order against NCLT to take over Unitech Management - impact of possession of flats at Uniworld City Kolkata

Dear All : For all of you who are within India, are well aware about this advancement. Myself including many buyers who are residing outside of India may have great concern about the future of their property and possession (which is already delayed by many years).

So we want to know :

(1) What above incident means to the buyers who are expecting to get their flats in this/within 1-2 years.

(2) If for any reason, NCLT take over management, what will be their approach for completing the projects or handing over flats or refunding money

(3) How is response of Unitech Management/Staff of Unitech World in Kolkata

(4) Whether buyers are paying their installment dues or holding off their payments
