Greetings!

Just a quick question on UWC T-7 construction update?

It’s over a year now there is no demand from the company.

I’ve booked the same on JAN 2014 & the possession is delayed by 18 months almost.

Can we sell the property before the possession or claim the money back from Unitech Group? Sorry I am not in India so not well versed with the regulation, but want to withdraw my investment.

I have also booking in T7, no demand may be one and half year. When I booked, in December 2012, they told me Delivery after four years be in December 2016. It is almost two and half years.
