Any update on Fresco after today's news on tenders being issued

Today's news from Unitech mgmt  - that LOIs will be issued for certain pending projects. Does that include Fresco in Uniworld City? Can someone please throw some light on this? 

What would be the expected dates for handover for Tower 4 if/when work commences?
