Title:

‘Engaging Proactive Business Relationship with IT Governance’

 

Abstract:

As a result of the global financial turmoil in USA, Europe, and through the rest of the world, most organisations carefully control their money and are less prepared to invest, even in significant projects. These concerns led to this research to scrutinize the conflicting logic and often-ignored aspects of business processes, which represent the weak connections between change processes and development processes in particular, and the integrations of business process and IT that exist in most organisations. Given these critical considerations, the Socio-Technical Systems (STS) theory has been selected to build the proposed research framework and integrate it with constituent elements by addressing the engagement between proactive business relationships and IT governance.
