Allow sending FCM notification messages (Issue #177)

Hi,

FCM allows sending "notification messages" and "data messages", these two types of messages behave differently when received by a device. Right now, Uniqush only allows sending "data messages". I am looking for a developer interested in updating Uniqush to send both types of FCM messages. Please contact me directly and I'm willing to pay for this contract project.
