Uniqush Subscriber Handling

Hi,

for Uniqush, suppose i want to use it for to many subscribers, how is that handled? for example if i have 100 thousand subscriber, can a Uniqush server handle them correctly without latency? or if i have one million subscriber, what should be changed to they will be handled correctly? 

is there any limitations?
