install.sh file missing from source tarball

Hello Guys,

I was going through the documentation to install uniqush-push from tarball. 
it says `cd uniqush-VERSION-ARCH/ && sudo ./install.sh`  but install.sh file doesn't exist. 

Can you guys help me in install Uniqush-push.
