STEPS FOR ONLINE APPLICATION

STEP 1: Read the advertisement thoroughly and apply only if you
fulfill all the eligibility requirements.

STEP 2: Click on the “Apply Here” button. A Guideline page will
appear.

STEP 3: Read all the guidelines. After confirming all the guidelines
click on “Apply Online” Button.

STEP 4: Fill the online Application Form and click submit. Last date
of applying online is 08.06.2009

STEP 5: After submitting the online application form, a preview page
will be generated. Verify the details in the preview page. After
verifying click “Submit” Button.

STEP 6: A Reference Slip will be generated with a unique Registration
Number and your application Details. Take print of the reference slip;
attach 2 passport size photographs and Demand Draft (drawn at New
Delhi). Do not attach copies of educational / experience certificates
at this stage.

STEP 7: Send all the above documents addressing to Sr. General
Manager (HR), CONCOR, at the address Post Box No. 9248, Krishna Nagar
Head Post Office, New Delhi - 110051 so as to reach latest by
15.06.2009

Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations with minimum 60% marks from
Govt / UGC / AICTE recognized university / institute. Candidate should
be conversant working in a computerized environment.

28 Years NCTVT (Trade) & NCTVT (App) certificate in the trade of air
conditioning or refrigeration/ electrical/ electronics/ diesel/
mechanic/welder/ fitter /motor mechanic with minimum 50% marks. HMV/
HMVs license desirable. Nil




How to Apply

(i) Candidates are required to apply through Online Mode.

the advertisement. A page will appear with brief guidelines on
application.

STEP 3: Read all the guidelines. After confirming all the guidelines
click on “Apply Online” Button.

STEP 4: Fill the online Application Form and click “Submit”. Last
date of applying online is 08.06.2009.

STEP 5: After submitting the online application form, a preview page
will be generated. Verify the details in the preview page. After
verifying click on “Submit” Button.

STEP 6: A Reference Slip will be generated with a unique Registration

at this stage. Keep a copy of Reference slip with you for future
reference.

STEP 7: Send all the above documents addressing to Sr. General
Manager (HR), CONCOR, at the address Post Box No. 9248, Krishna Nagar
Head Post Office, New Delhi – 110051 so as to reach latest by
15.06.2009

Note: However, if the candidate is unable to apply online he/she can
apply through post and send his application alongwith demand draft and
2 passport size photographs to the address specified in STEP 7 above.
(Application Format in English and Hindi Language is uploaded in the
Career Section of CONCOR website).
(ii) Departmental / Internal candidates (CONCOR Employees) are
required to send advance copy of Registration Slip and Demand Draft to
address specified in STEP 7 above and send the copy of Registration
Slip and Demand Draft through proper channel to Sr. General Manager
(HR), Container Corporation of India Ltd., CONCOR Bhawan, C-3, Mathura
Road, New Delhi – 76. Applications of internal candidates without
proper channel are liable to be rejected.
(iii) Separate online application and demand draft has to be
submitted for each post and for each region applied by the candidate.
(iv) Envelope should be superscribed with the name of the post
applied for, name of candidate, and date of birth.
(v) Admit cards for written test will be sent to the candidates (if
shortlisted) by post and intimation regarding the same will be sent in
their E-mail IDs. Alternatively they can download the admit cards
from the online link in the career section of CONCOR website.
(i) In the application format, applicant may choose either A or B or
C depicting their choice of region (if the choice is available). Their
final posting within A, B & C will be decided by CONCOR

(ii) The candidates qualified for interview are required to produce
following certificates at the time of interview (If qualified) in
support of the details submitted by them in the application in
accordance with eligibility criteria failing which they will not be
allowed to appear in the interview:

Caste Certificate / Physically handicapped certificate in format
prescribed by Govt. of India (if applicable).
Candidates applying for posts reserved for OBCs should submit copy of
non-creamy layer certificates
Testimonials relating to age, qualifications, experience, stenography
& typing speed in case of Steno post including proof / certificate
that PG Diploma/ Degree is an accredited course of approved
institution by Govt. / AICTENOC for applicants from Govt. / Semi
Govt. / PSUs
