Hello,

 

As Annie takes on more responsibilities as Union Park District Council's Interim Executive Director, I will be sending the safety reports to the group. Thanks for your patience as I learn how this goes.

 

Annie mentioned that there was some interest in seeing crime reports plotted on a map, so I put something together. You can view a map, which goes along with the attached report, under "News" on our new website here:

Please note that the website is still under development. Nevertheless, we thought we'd give you a preview.

 

In related news, we would like to get a handle on what block clubs are out there in the neighborhood. If you are an active block club leader or if you would like to know more about starting a club, I'd like to hear from you. What have been some successful crime prevention strategies that your block club has used? Let us know.

Western District Police Community Meetings

The St. Paul Police Department invites community members to participate in monthly discussions about crime and crime prevention in our neighborhoods.

 

When: Monthly on 3rd Tuesdays at 9:30am and 6:30pm.
