体育节开会

各位（尤其是各位班长）好，

体育节要开始了~

今年不麻烦大家了我们班全部承办了，想开会主要是把我们拟定的项目通告一下大家，如果有意见我们还可以稍作修改。另外需要确定各种项目的负责人，我们也有一些详细的安排要说~

这个会希望是明天下午4点钟在俞老师办公室开，想先问问各位班长有没有时间，如果自己没有时间，能不能派一个代表来开？

求回复 年级+收到通知。

不回复我就打电话了。。
