Apagar arquivo pasta Envio

Meu cliente instalou um servidor Windows Server 2012 R2, muito bom, muito rapido

Agora esta ocorrendo o seguinte

Ao mandar qualquer arquivo pra pasta envio, o uninfe processa, mas NAO apaga o arquivo, ai fica mandando continuamente o arquivo

Outra coisa, na pasta retorno quando eu processo o arquovo xxx-pro-rec.xml, eu sempre apago para nao ficar procurando de novo..

Agora o sistema nao consegue apagar..

O administrador deu direitos de adm para todo, mesmo assim nao esta dando

Pode ignorar , agora esta apagando da pasta envio..

Na verdade, ainda não consigo apagar os xml da pasta retorno

O pessoal que instalou o servidor esta vendo la esse questão de direitos etc

Esta dando acesso negado
