Emissor nao aparece

Porque em alguns casos o emissor nao aparece como carregado nos icones, a direita em baixo .

Ai nao se tem acesso ao emissor, se clicar no aplicativo, diz que nao pode 2 instancias, ou seja ele esta ativo, mas nao tenho como ter acesso !

Complicado responder a esta indagação, nunca tivemos um relato neste sentido, mas tem que ver como vc está executando o aplicativo, vc configurou ele para iniciar automaticamente quando o windows iniciar? Ou isso acontece simplesmente quando vc tenta abrir ele manualmente?

Sim estava no inicializar,

Tirei e Estou abrindo manualmente e funciona,

Agora vou tentar colocar de volta no inicializar para ver se fica certo na próxima reinicialização
