Um cliente do simples nacional (MG) quer vender para o (RJ)

O transporte vai ser feito pelo próprio emissor em caminho da empresa.

Nesse caso, precisa emitir o conherimento de frete?

Se sim, alguma  orientação?

 

Já emitimos para clientes que contratam transportadoras, nessecasoainda não.

Em relação ao CT-e nao sei lhe dizer !

Mas o MDF-e possivelmente ele vai ter que emitir (não sei se o MDF-e vai subistituir o CT-e) !

se for em caminhão próprio, não necessita de Ct-e. É necessário ter a
Nf-e e, com ela, emitir o MDF-e direto comento com a Nota.
