I committed a first version of a flite plugin.

Note that I did not really test it well. It uses a fixed voice (awb).

I compiled it only on win32. You will have to update the vsprops.flite
file in $(ProjectDir)..\..\build\vsprops\flite.vsprops

Everybody understands this is just the initial version. The same concerns PocketSphinx plugin I've started working on.
You may want to continue the integration on Windows, I'll take care it compiles and works on Linux too.
