Issue with Genesys client to unimrcp server

Hi all,

In my SIP infrastructure, the SIP OPTIONS are responded to by a third-party server (SIP proxy).

I don't know why, the Genesys (SIP client) show his SIP trunk unavailable with this erreur:

Previous ping has not returned or has not timed out. Skip.

We can see the 200 OK is received by my Genesys client

When I force to forward SIP OPTIONS from Genesys to Unimrcp server, the SIP trunk is UP for Genesys.

I compared the two 200 OK (from third-party server and from unimrcp), I found only one difference in SDP owner.

From Unimrcp server:

o=AM-MRCP-001 6147428622953279893 6505903192030568859 IN IP4 100.122.100.180

From third-party server:
o=AM-MRCP-001 4876528 1182746452 IN IP4 100.122.100.180

Did you have this same issue with Genesys client ? Maybe there is an option to check in Genesys.

Someone, can explain to me, how are generated session ID (Ex: 6147428622953279893) and Session version (Ex: 6505903192030568859) in Unimrcp / sofiaSIP ?

Hi Mickael,

The SDP origin field is composed by the Sofia-SIP library. You may find general guidelines here. But I doubt that is the problem.
