UniMRCP integration with Genesys PureCloud

Hi,

Does UniMRCP support Genesys pure cloud integration?

I know that it does Genesys Connect and ENgage.

Hi Himansu,

Genesys PureCloud is not based on MRCP. So, UniMRCP Server is not applicable in that case. However, the underlying implementation of different plugins does. The underlying resources would need to be decoupled in one day in order to make them available for 3-rp party integrations beyond MRCP as well. But as of now, the primary focus has been MRCP, and the field is not saturated yet.
