sngrep support for MRCP (and telephone-event DTMF)

Hi,

in case someone needs to follow SIP/MRCP/DTMF messages/events, this can be done with this branch of my fork of sngrep:

Upstream sngrep is not accepting push requests for new features at the moment, so you will need to build this yourself.
