Web phone is not able to register to Asterisk

We have couple of questions.

1. 

We have installed Asterisk 16 in CentOS 7.9.

But our web phone is not able to register to Asterisk server.

Will asterisk work with CentOS 7.9?

Is there any other configuration we need for CentOS.

Please guide us.

2.

Can we have Unispeech server at one aws region.

And asterisk server at another aws region.

Will it possible to configure like that?

If so, what are all the configuration we have to do? (especially ip config)

Please guide us.

1. You can certainly install Asterisk on CentOS 7. Firewall could be blocking incoming SIP registrations from your softphone.

2. It is possible to install Asterisk and UniMRCP Server in two different AWS regions, ensuring there is a secure network connection between the two. It'd be better to install the two components in the same region performance wise, though.
