restructuring meeting

Dear All,

Sorry for the delay, we wanted to sort a few things out on our end before we all met. As it stands now, we have about 15 people interested in our restructuring meeting. Because our members span the globe, there is only 1 time when everybody can make it; This time is 6 PM CEST. (This is 9 AM on the West Coast of the US, midday on the East Coast and very late in Australia.)

Once we set a time, I'll announce the meeting and send out the Zoom link. I will also send out a Google Doc with a list of topics that need to be discussed a day or two before.

I would like to have such meetings more often. Our goal is to build a community similar to UD where we have a lot of community input in the resource.

Thanks for all your replies. We are going to schedule two meetings. One at 6PM CEST on July 20th (Monday) and one on July 24th (Friday). 

Please shoot me an email if you did not sign up and I can add you to the Google calendar invites.

Sorry -- that last email wasn't clear. The goal is for everybody to attend just one of the meetings. The two time slots are to cover almost everyone who signed up.
