2014年新疆籍优秀自费留学生奖学金项目网上申报已经开始，驻意大利大使馆教育处受理符合条件的新疆籍学生的奖学金申请。申请人需在9月30日前完成网上申报(点击

“在线报名申请”链接，进入在线报名页面)，10月6日前（以邮戳日期为准）将申请材料邮寄教育处（请在信封左下角注明：新疆奖学金），地址如下：
