【教育处】2014年8月10日“国家优秀自费留学生奖学金”开始接受申请

国家留学基金管理委员会日前下发通知，2014年“国家优秀自费留学生奖学金”项目继续实施，奖励对象为正在国外攻读博士学位一年级以上（不含一年级）、持有中华人民共和国有效护照、年龄在40周岁以下的自费留学人员。曾获得该奖学金、享受过或正在享受国家留学基金资助，以及已取得国内外第一博士学位的人员或已在2014年8月10日之前已经通过博士论文答辩的人员不得申请。奖励金额为6000美元/人，特别优秀奖奖励金额为10000美元/人。

驻意使馆教育处从8月10日起开始受理申请，欢迎符合申报条件的自费在读博士生积极申请。今年实行网上申请，请于8月10日-9月30日登录“国家优秀自费留学生奖学金管理系统”（http://yxzfs.csc.edu.cn）进行报名，并按要求如实填写网上申请表、上传材料，在确认无误后，可按系统提示完成网上提交、打印及本人签字，同时请申请人向中国驻意大利大使馆教育处提交两份纸质申请材料。申请人需提交的材料及说明详见《国家优秀自费留学生管理系统使用指南》及《国家优秀自费留学生奖学金申请注意事项》。

请申请人将申请材料按要求顺序完整装订（一式二份），于10月6日之前（以邮戳日期为准）寄达中国驻意大利大使馆教育处以下地址：LIU
Junhua, Ufficio Istruzione dell'Ambasciata Cinese in Italia, Via
Armando Spadini 9, 00197 Roma。请在信封上注明“自费生奖学金申请材料”
字样，逾期不予受理。（请注意，申请材料概不退还，请自留底稿）。
