Which operators should have \nolimits?

Hello,

Lots of fun over here in Adelaide this weekend; Yann Tiersen came to
perform at a French Festival, and I couldn't resist seeing him twice in
two days.

So not much happening on the unimath package due to all that. I've
added some processing so that \nolimits suffices are added to operators
such as \int during the processing of (the conversion of) BB's STIX
file; seems to work well enough. The question is: which operators
should receive this treatment?

There's a table of every operator defined in unicode, and their
sub-/super-scripts. This shows which have been defined with \nolimits.
I presume my choices aren't perfect: what should I do instead?

P.S. How 'bout this new "unicode-math" name? I tire of thinking of
clever abbreviations.

P.P.S. Currently, the mapping between the ascii letters and their
mathematical equivalents is broken, so don't pay too much attention to
the rest of the document. I think I will do it all with font mappings,
after all...
