@ Tayo & Co. Point noted. I can only persuade but in this case, the class HOC has the onus as the person in-charge of class affairs.
@ Rose: The Topic is Law of Contract: its elements i.e Offer Acceptance, Consideration and Intention to create legal relationship.

As per the date of the test, Mark will be in a better position to do something.

In my own little contribution, I have sacrifices my lunch break to painstakingly gather a the summary of the cases she treated in class (irrespective of whether we are taking the test this week or not) to ease understanding of all.

Note: There might be repetition in the cases, this is a deliberate action to give your better understanding from different angles.
