I've just released v0.3

Changes from rc0:

- Firmware: Nintendo Wii controller LED's represent the joystick port assigned to.

### Changed
- Firmware: Nintendo Wii controller uses "horizontal" orientation setup.
- Firmware: Nintendo Wii U has Y axis working correctly.

I've just found out that the Wii Remote Plus (Wii Remote 2nd gen) uses the same product Id as the Wii U Pro controller.

So, firmware v0.3 does not work correctly Wii Remote Plus.

I've just fixed it. I'll release a new firmware in a few days.
