- Firmware: Xbox One: added support for firmware v4.8.

Basically this firmware fixed the remaining Xbox One issues:
As you might know, depending on the gamepad, it might be possible to
update its firmware.
A few month ago the Xbox One S gamepads started to receive a new (and
big) firmware update.
It jumped from v3.1 to v4.8.
v4.8 changed the HID descriptor in a substantial way, making it
backwards incompatible with v3.1.
On the other hand, v4.8 fixed the "logarithmict vs linear" axis
update. As a result, with v4.8 the axis doen't have latency issues.

So, this firmware version added support for Xbox One S v4.8 support
making the Xbox One S gamepad a first-class gamepad:
- supports old & new mappings
- supports rumble
- supports reconnection
- and the Xbox One S is a great gamepad.
