firmware v1.1.0 released

Hi,

I've released v1.1.0.

The most important change is that "reconnect" works.
At least in most of the gamepads.
Unfortunately Nintendo Switch doesn't send the "disconnect" when it
disconnects, so reconnect is not working at the moment on Nintendo
Switch.
But in the rest of the gamepads (DS4, Xbox One, Wii, and the rest) it works Ok.
