Firmware Bluepad32 v3.0.0-rc0 released

Hi all!

I've just released fw Bluepad32 v3.0.0-rc0.

It includes many many many improvements regarding gamepad reliability.

From improving "clone" support, reconnection issues finally solved (at least for most gamepads), to Xbox One S and DualSense improvements... and much more.

It works both with Unijoysticle 2 and Unijoysticle 2+.

Although this is a "release candidate", I recommend using it.
