Anyone know a good diesel Mechanic/Company in the Seattle area.

I have Cummins diesels and an older Onan generator and have not found a good mechanic/company yet in the Seattle area. My favorite guy retired. Any suggestions? My Onan starter is out and I need some work done.

I found a guy in the Anacortes area a while ago that did nice work but he doesnt travel and I live down in Gig Harbor.  I used Tacoma Diesel a couple of times as well.

There's a Cummins/Onan dealer in Renton that has the reputation of being very good; they were helpful to me when I needed parts for my old MCCK Onan gasoline generator.  For a starter rebuild, try Romaine Electric in Kent (they used to be on Airport Way just south of downtown, near the stadiums (stadii?).  I've had many oddball starters rebuilt by them over the years ('57 Jaguar Lucas starter, my Onan starter - cost was <$100).  I've always been very happy with their work quality and promptness.

Thanks for the ideas. Anyone used Gallery Marine on Lake union? I've heard good things about them.
