[Unified Planning] New release v1.3.0

Dear Unified Planning's users,

We are excited to announce the release of version 1.3.0 of the
unified-planning library!

This update includes several bug fixes aimed at improving stability
and overall user experience. In addition, version 1.3.0 introduces
support for PDDL+ processes and events.

We encourage all users to upgrade to the latest version to take
advantage of these improvements.
To upgrade, simply run the following command: pip install --upgrade
unified-planning
